Dr Saurubh Malviya is the Founder and Director of We Belong Education. He holds a PhD focused on Children’s Voices on Learning, reflecting his long-standing commitment to understanding how children experience and interpret their educational environments. With experience as a university lecturer, classroom teacher, early childhood coordinator, and educational consultant, he brings both research-informed insight and practical, real-world understanding to his work. Since founding We Belong Education in 2019, he has partnered with more than 500 organisations across Australia and internationally, delivering professional learning that connects theory with everyday practice. His sessions are designed to support educators and leaders to deepen their awareness, strengthen relationships, and respond to children with greater clarity and confidence.
